One of my favourite Shakespeare plays. I believe it's one of the foundations of the modern serial killer-type thriller with an anti-hero that you can't help but like.

It's certainly dark, but not without some morbid wit.

Not my favorite, but I did find Richard to be a fascinating character--even if he was quite evil.

Here's what you need to know about Richard III:
-he's the hunchbacked murderous one (as opposed to the Scottish murderous one)
-begins with "Now is the winter of our discontent..."
-ends with "my kingdom for a horse!"
-it is worth your time reading.
