Two angstful bishounen brothers fight monsters in New York City. Emphasis is placed on their feelings, especially the brotherly affection they feel for each other.

Not bad for what it was, but not really my thing.

I loved this! The relationship between Cal and his brother, their world, their own history. I just ordered books 2-6 in the series. Can't wait to continue reading their adventures!

I really liked the characters, but the book really didn't start to grip me until towards the end. The middle was a bit of a hard slog. saying that though I'm pretty sure I'll give the next one a chance.

So far slow going. I plunged headlong into Butcher and Green's worlds. I'm just not feeling this. I read a few pages and realize I'm daydreaming or thinking about something else, put it down, pick it up a few days later, etc... We'll see. Close to giving up on it.
