Bernie goes to the Bogart film festival and gets involved with the affairs of Anatruria, and currently non-existent country. Similar to the previous books, some laughs, some mystery and some fun.

Not my favorite of the series. I remember liking the Bogart parts, though. But the main plot didn't thrill me, I remember, too.
