Great fun refreshing old memories while re-reading these after a long time since childhood. I find there are always some subtle variations in the stories. The language in this version can be a bit explicit for a child though.

A wonderful story. Personally, I would not have told him a 1001 stories & I definitely would not have had sex with him, I'd have just stabbed him. Kelb!

Although it may have inspired a variety of short story writers, I found these tales a bit off for my taste, its a bit of a culture shock actually for the first few pages and then you get used to it.
